Our Work

Our work encompasses development of comprehensive RT-PCR system that enables the detection and quantification of pathogenic RNA/DNA sequences in a wide range of samples.

Respiratory Disease RT-PCR detection

Respiratory disease testing panel is a Nobelza lab on chip lyophilised test capable of detecting and identifying bacteria, viruses, and fungi that can cause respiratory infections. It can help with the diagnosis of respiratory infections like flu, pneumonia, and tuberculosis. It can detect multiple pathogens at once, making it superior to current testing methods, which can only detect one pathogen at a time.

Genetic RT-PCR testing

Tests for genetic disorders such as cystic fibrosis, sickle cell disease, and Tay-Sachs disease are commonly included in newborn genetic defect testing panels. Genetic screening for chromosomal abnormalities such as Down syndrome, Turner syndrome, and Trisomy 18 may also be included in some tests.

Vector Borne RT-PCR Testing

Because it detects cases of vector-borne diseases before they spread and cause large outbreaks, vector-borne disease testing is an important component of public health initiatives. Early detection and treatment of vector-borne diseases can lessen disease severity and save lives. Testing for vector-borne diseases is also necessary for research into the causes and treatments of these diseases.

Sexually Transmitted Infections RT-PCR testing

With more than 20 million STDs reported in the US each year, it's time to take action and stay informed about your health. That's why we offer a comprehensive STD testing panel that shows the most common STD tests all in one place.

Agriculture and Food RT-PCR testing

Food and agriculture RT-PCR testing is a valuable tool for detecting and quantifying the presence of pathogens such as bacteria and viruses that can cause foodborne illness. It can also be used to identify specific gene sequences in plant and animal specimens and detect genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Food and agriculture RT-PCR testing can help ensure the safety and quality of food products, as well as facilitate research and development in the field. This technique, with its high sensitivity and specificity, is an essential tool for the food and agriculture industries in maintaining food safety and security.

Covid 19 RT-PCR testing

COVID-19 disease can affect the upper respiratory tract and may even descend further to affect the lower respiratory tract including lungs. It is contagious and spreads in the same way through aerosols and fomites as other corona virus diseases like SARS and MERS. In order to combat the infection, gold standard test for its detection is Real time Reverse transcription PCR. The sensitivity, accuracy and user-friendliness of conducting this cartridge based test would enable it to be used at ports, stations, field and patient’s site etc.

TB drug resistance RT-PCR testing

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a major public health threat worldwide, with 10 million new cases and 1.2 million deaths every year. The risk of developing active TB following infection depends on age, the quality of the immune defense mechanisms, and the time elapsed since the infection. The estimated liftetime risk is 5-10%, but it is higher in small children, immunocompromised individuals, and shortly (within 1-2 years) after a contact with a contagious TB case.
